4. Refund, Cancellation & Service Pause Policy
A. Cancellations
We do not require contracts, and customers may cancel services at any time. However, for customers on a quarterly prepayment plan, all prepaid service months must be completed before cancellation.
If a customer chooses to cancel or pauses service beyond 90 days, we will resume and complete all remaining prepaid services before cancellation is processed. If service cannot be completed due to lack of access or the customer declines service, any remaining prepaid service days will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
B. Refunds
We offer a refund window between the first scoop and the second service. If you are unsatisfied with our work after the first service, you may request a full refund before the second service takes place. No refunds will be issued after this period.
C. Service Pauses
Customers may request to pause service for up to 90 days. If the pause exceeds this period, all prepaid service months must be completed before cancellation is allowed. If service cannot be completed due to lack of access or the customer declines service, any remaining prepaid service days will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
